Verizon will continue to work with customers and will continue offering a complimentary data plan to those customers with unlimited data.”

Verizon also did not specify the cause of the outage, but did say that “an internal error in the network’s configuration caused our network to be unable to process a request to connect to a network resource.
This caused us to be limited in our ability to provide our customers with high speed internet.”
Verizon’s outage is not the first time that the company has experienced an outage on home internet.
Last year, the company experienced a large outage for nearly two weeks, which affected about 10 percent of customers.
Verizon has been offering unlimited data plans since at least 2014.
This year, Verizon started offering a data plan that offers speeds up to 25Mbps, but also offers a $30 activation fee, which comes with a $1 annual data cap.
Verizon’s home internet is not only limited to Verizon, but other large ISPs, as well.
Comcast is also limited to the service.
AT&T is also limiting internet service for customers on its network, but it has not announced plans to extend the service to the rest of the company’s network.
AT &T has also announced plans for a data cap increase, but the company did so only for certain areas.
The new data plan was announced last week and is available to customers in the US, UK, and Ireland.
