AT&t gets $20 million for spectrum internet purchases for Spectrum Internet plans in North America, the company announced Thursday.

The agreement will help AT&ts expand its spectrum holdings in the United States, while also supporting Spectrum’s expansion into new markets.

The spectrum deal also includes additional spectrum that AT&s will be able to buy in the coming years, according to AT&%s statement.

The deal also enables AT&ters first-ever sale of spectrum in the U.S., and will help support its ability to launch more high-speed Internet services and provide customers with competitive pricing across the entire spectrum spectrum.

The purchase will be part of AT&tm’s strategy to diversify its portfolio of wireless spectrum in North American markets, said the statement.

The company said the Spectrum purchase will support Spectrum’s efforts to build new, more flexible and reliable network solutions for consumers, businesses and governments.
