Frontier Internet has been experiencing a major outage on their website and their website’s login pages, but Frontier has since patched the problem and is back online.
The problem was first discovered by a Frontier customer and has been making its way through Frontier’s system, which is causing some of the website’s users to login from outside of Frontier’s network.
Frontier told Ars that they are working with a third-party vendor to resolve the issue, but said that Frontier has no intention of doing so.
The Frontier outage affects over 20 million Frontier customers.
The outage affected Frontier’s website login page, as well as Frontier’s front-end login pages.
Frontier has confirmed that the problem was caused by a “technical error” and that they have patched the issue and are now back online for Frontier customers, though they said that they will work to bring back Frontier’s service as soon as possible.
Frontier is currently working to bring Frontier’s login and front-End login pages back online as soon a fix is available.
Ars has contacted Frontier for more information and will update this post when we have it.
